Create Wealth At Home, Online – Bring The Best Out Of Your Consultants

by Sampson on November 5, 2009

As a leader in any sphere of life: at home being the head of the family, at your 9-5 day job being a supervisor or team leader, or the leader of your Internet marketing consultants team, you are bound to have subordinates who would make mistakes. We all make mistakes. The mistakes in themselves are not as big a deal as how you handle those mistakes and the people behind the faults.

As an effective leader your ultimate aim should be to bring the best out of your followers in whatever the calling may be; our focus here being how to inspire and guide our team members to create wealth online for themselves and, indirectly, create wealth for us.

When people are apparently not good at a thing, let’s say online video marketing, we must be discerning enough not kill the little incentive they had to give it a go in the first place.

Tell your child, your spouse or your fellow consultant who is in your downline, that they are stupid or totally useless at video marketing for example, that they are doing it all wrong and you have effectively nipped even the little initiative they had in bud. Remember this what most ordinary people in responsible positions would do.

However as an adroit leader, here is how you would want to handle such situations. Use the opposite technique -

  1. be liberal with your encouragement,
  2. make things seem easy to do by what you say and do regarding the situation,
  3. let the other person know that you have faith in his or her ability to do the thing, and
  4. that he or she has an under developed flair for it.

Sit back and enjoy what happens and as Dale Carnegie states in “How To Win And Influence People”, they will practice until the dawn comes in the window in order to excel.

Do you really desire to see people improve and flourish under your leadership? Like I have and it’s working for me, I entreat you to take Mr Carnegie’s time-tested advice…

Use encouragement. Make the fault seem easy to correct“.

Even if the person is good at one (positive) thing, encourage them at that and see the light shine through to other areas where they have latent abilities.

This is the modus operandi of how I run my Internet marketing business opportunity. I believe anyone can be, would be and should be successful online with the right kind of leadership. And it’s also the leadership style of my parent Internet marketing company.

If you are an Internet entrepreneur or desire to be, and want to work alongside a leader and a community of leaders where your abilities - no matter how small- are celebrated to flourish to their max, I encourage you to get in touch with me by filling the form below or to the right of this page and I will see you on the inside…
