Home Business Internet Marketing

So if you’ve done your due diligence:

  • You found the Internet marketing company you desire to partner with to create and fulfill your dream,
  • You’ve researched the company – who’s behind it, the product you’re going to market; you’ve even ordered some of their products to try out and guess what they have the greatest product!
  • You most probably have found a sponsor, signed up and presto! you have corporate back office website issued to you and you are ready to go.

However, there is one thing that is either going to make or break your dream. And that is summed up in this one word:

MARKETING

I bet you’ve come across statements that read along the lines of:

“This is the next biggest Internet marketing company with the greatest product ever, and the greatest compensation plan the industry has ever seen”…

“The products are so  great that you don’t have to do any selling, at all! We will do all the marketing for you. Just sign up, relax and collect your paychecks at the end of the month”…

…And a whole lot I don’t space space to list here, but hopefully you get the point.

I do not question a company’s products and compensation plans. However, if there is any skill you need to master in your Internet entrepreneur journey, it’s marketing. Take it as your personal responsibility to become a master Internet marketer. When you have it nailed, you can partner with any multi-level marketing company, direct sales company, do affiliate marketing, and still rise to the top quickly.

Because here’s the obvious secret: products do not sell themselves. Proper marketing does!

Therefore make it your primary priority to be a master Internet marketer. If you do not know how to market, you don’t have a business. It’s that simple. You’re already dead in the water before you even got started!

This is the reason why I failed so much with the previous Internet marketing companies I joined. I was told to market to my friends and family. Soon I realized I had run out of friends and family and then I eventually had to give up because I had no idea about marketing.

Fortunately, the business I’m lucky enough to be involved with now provides top-notch, state-of-the-art Internet website marketing training, in the form of an Internet marketing course. It comes with four weekly live calls and webinars. It’s something you can follow at your own pace with support any time you need it.

It covers every form of Internet marketing you would expect from a cutting-edge Online marketing company:

  • Social Media Marketing, popularly known as Web 2.0 marketing, which is really hot at the moment. In my opinion, this is where the Internet is headed;
  • Article Marketing,
  • Press Release Marketing,
  • Video Marketing,
  • Blogging,
  • Forum Marketing,
  • Search Engine Optimization, SEO, Marketing. Practical training with the best in the industry,
  • Banner Advertising,
  • Classified Advertising – Offline and Online,
  • Pay-Per-Click, PPC, Marketing popularly called Adwords. That is marketing on Google, Yahoo!, MSN (Bing) and other search engines,
  • Direct Mail Marketing

Do you have to master all these marketing strategies at once? Certainly not! You select one you comfortable with, master it and then move on to the next.

We constantly update ourselves so that we stay on top of the game.

So if you’re being asked to purchase leads, buy hits to your website and all those online marketing tricks, be advised!

You can find some highly useful material in the Educational Resources section of this website.
